Menu never opened is a support question, not a new feature. What does the Support page actually ask for, and what should happen before that note?

Read the load-order thread first. Game open, then one load, and only when Updates says Undetected. If the label says Updating, the note waits.

One clean retry. Launching it over and over does not change the label. The product page has no error-code list, so none gets pasted here.

The Support page asks for the order id, the Windows version, and whether Updates says Undetected or Updating. Say whether the problem is delivery, the loader, or the menu. Those are different notes. This is not a record of a ticket anyone sent.

A missing delivery is the Refunds page, same order id. Then this closed thread can stay closed.
